How to run the Tool Offline

1. INSTALL VSCODE-WITH PYTHON LIBRARIES .
2. OPEN THE CMD AND INSERT THESE CODES SEPERATLY pip install -U pip setuptools wheel
   pip install -U spacy
   python -m spacy download en_core_web_sm
   python -m spacy download xx_ent_wiki_sm
   python -m spacy download pt_core_news_sm
   python -m spacy download en_core_web_trf
   python -m spacy download xx_sent_ud_sm
   python -m spacy download pt_core_news_lg
3. extract the NLP.RAR file
4. Open the folder and Insert “CMD” Into the search bar and press Enter
5. AFTER THAT THE CMD WILL OPEN, INSERT THIS CODE : python app.py
6. after that take the local host address that will appear on the CMD for example(127.0.0.1:5000) and insert into your browser in the search area
7. the summarizing tool will be opened
8. After that You will able to test and summarize any text.
